Minimalist - similar in the form of chamber music - composed for the thesis of Gerhard Funk, a student at the College of Art, Saarbrucken, containing a high aesthetic musical expression.

In May 2011, this film has been awarded on the European Media Arts Festival as 'Best German Experimental Film 2011" by the Verband der Deutschen Filmkritik.

Conversation with the Beast

My practice work at the “European Workshop for Film Music and Sound Design”: I performed live the second movement of Bach’s Italian Concerto - along with the movie - and completed the recording in one take and without any cuts, adding some improvised inserts to ,customize‘ Bach‘s original to the moving picture.
